Bo Wei

Mr. Bo Wei joined Fosun in 2006 and currently serves as Fosun Global Partner, Fosun Senior Assistant President and Co-President of Fosun Hive Holdings. In his role as Co-President of Fosun Hive Overseas and Chairman of Fosun Hive Four Trees, he leads and supports Hive’s overseas business development in the United States, by overseeing all real estate development and asset management. Mr. Bo also serves as the CEO of US Operation Committee, an internal organization that was created to promote collaboration of Fosun’s global businesses in order to effectively grow the company as a whole. Since 2014, Mr. Bo has served as Executive Chief Representative in New York and is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the New York office.

Previously, Mr. Bo served as Senior Vice President of Fosun Forte Group and served as key positions at many prestigious Chinese real estate development companies, such as Shanghai Construction Group Co.,Ltd, and Shanghai Pengxin Group. He is a seasoned real estate professional with over 35 years’ domestic and overseas experience that extends across development, acquisition, deposition, project management, asset management and architecture.

Mr Bo was awarded the 2019 Power 100 award by Commercial Observer, the leading commercial real estate media company.

Mr. Bo, a senior Civil Engineer, is a graduate of Tongji University and holds a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering (1985).
