Tom Costanzo is a Fosun Global Partner, Chairman & CEO of Everest, Co-President of US Operations Committee and CEO of Four Trees, Fosun Hive Holdings U.S. real estate platform which controls approximately $3 Billion in NYC real estate assets.
Tom has enjoyed a 30 year career as a commercial real estate professional in multiple disciplines for other notable companies including Chase Manhattan Bank and Vornado Realty Trust.
He has acquired, financed and leased $billions in commercial properties around the country, most notably the Merchandise Mart in Chicago, 555 California Street in San Francisco, and 1211, 1290 Avenue of the Americas and 28 Liberty Street in NYC.
Tom is a graduate of Yale University where he played varsity soccer and he continues to live his passion for the sport through actively supporting many youth soccer programs in and around New York as well as other charitable organizations including Sing for Hope. He serves on the Board of Directors of The Alliance for Downtown New York and Two Bridges Football Club.
